ORDER
1. Please be 1863% sure before availing our service.
2. Make sure you have read and agreed with our terms and conditions.
3. Please make sure that all information regarding the order is correct. Any mistakes and inaccuracies in filling up the form will affect the service and the end product.
4. Any changes to the order must be made before the order status changes from “CONFIRMED” to “ONGOING” in the masterlist.
5. Strictly no cancellations once the order has been placed.
6. Please do not order from us if you are not willing to wait for your orders to be processed, made, and shipped. There are schedules and sequences to be followed.
7. Be-Be Plushies are handcrafted dolls so it might take some time to ship upon confirmation.
8. Always refer to the masterlist for updates on your order. Please refrain from spamming our email/social media regarding the updates of your order.
9. The quality of the image printed on the face of the Be-Be Plushie depends on the image that has been provided to us so be sure to provide an image with a high quality resolution.
10. We do not advise the use of images of public figures taken by fansites and images drawn by fanartists without the fansite owner's or the fanartist's permission. The repercussions of using these images without permission must be faced by the buyer if they wish to proceed.PAYMENT AND REFUNDS
1. All payments are non-refundable.
2. Insufficient payment will not proceed to production and will be put on-hold until the remaining balance is received. Orders with unpaid balance will be cancelled after 24 hours and the shop will only refund 80% of the total order amount.
3. Should an order be cancelled by the buyer after full-payment has been made, the shop shall only refund 50% of the total order amount.
4. In case of refunds for out-of-stock items, the shop will be giving full refunds.
5. Defective Be-Be Plushies shall only be refunded or replaced if there’s an unboxing video (no cuts, no edits) showing that the defect is due to the shop’s negligence.SHIPMENT
1. The price of the Be-Be Plushie does not include shipping fee. Be-Be Plushie uses J&T as its logistics partner but the buyer may opt for other mode of delivery (same day delivery/different logistics) through internal arrangement with us.
2. Once the orders have been shipped, we will be sending out emails containing the tracking number.
3. The shop will not be liable for the lost parcels/parcels delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by the buyer.
4. The shop will not be liable for the delays, damages and defects caused during shipment. Rest assured that our Be-Be Plushies are packed as carefully and securely as possible.SHOP RIGHTS
1. The shop has the right to deny anyone our services under such circumstances as rude customers and bogus buyers. We humbly ask for buyers to treat us with respect and always kindly raise your concerns regarding your purchases. We cannot always tolerate rude, sarcastic, and impatient remarks as we believe there will always be room for a peaceful and proper conversation.
2. The shop has the right to change and edit order forms, its contents, and prices within reasonable circumstances.
3. The shop has the right to delay the production and shipment in the occurrence of unforeseen and inevitable circumstances such as natural disasters and medical emergencies. The buyers will be informed of such decisions through email.
4. The shop has the right to ignore inquiries made outside business hours.
